Opening an account with Betr requires you to provide certain details — your name, date of birth, phone number or email, and a password. All information must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and balances may be forfeited.
Each person may only hold one account. Creating two separate accounts using the same phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this is detected, both accounts will be closed.
To make a withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a photo of your national ID or passport along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts, though deposits and gaming may continue on a limited basis.
Betr strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of eighteen may use this platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If it is found during KYC verification that a member is underage, their account will be closed immediately. Any deposited funds will be returned, but no winnings derived from bonuses will be paid out.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betr reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and refund the stake. If a match or event is cancelled, the stakes for all bets on that event will be returned.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw any valid balance. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The laws of the jurisdiction in which Betr Asia operates will govern the interpretation and application of this agreement.
